Shipping for Smaller Sized Items
We provide flat-rate ground shipping to Canada and the contiguous US. If you reside in a remote or rural area, a non-contiguous U.S. location, Hawaii, or Alaska, please contact me for a shipping quote before purchasing; otherwise, we may be unable to fulfill your order. We ship to U.S. destinations via USPS. Please ensure your address is serviceable by this carrier. If your order cannot be delivered due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, we will not be responsible for sending a replacement or providing a refund. We reserve the right to select the shipment method that best transports the package. This may occasionally result in longer delivery times, in which case you will be notified. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund free shipping orders if the shipping costs significantly exceed average rates.
Free Shipping Offer
Orders totalling $250 or more are eligible for free shipping; however, oversized items and furniture are exempt from this offer. Please contact us for a shipping quote for oversized items. Rural or remote addresses, as well as Alaska and Hawaii, are excluded from the free shipping offer.
Local Delivery within GTA
Local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) starts at $80. For an accurate delivery quote, please contact us directly.
Free Pick-Up
Free pick-up is available at our Toronto location: 1250 Dupont St, Toronto, ON M6H 2A4. Items must be picked up within 7 days from the date of purchase. A storage fee equal to 10% of your order total per week will be applied if items are not picked up within 7 days. If items are not picked up within one month, they will be considered abandoned without refund.
Delivery Timeline
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.Items on order are typically available to ship within 6 weeks. However, please note that the estimated arrival date may vary depending on product inventory, purchase date, recipient's location, and the shipping carrier.
Risk of Loss
All purchased items are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the item arrives damaged, to qualify for a replacement or refund, we require photos of the damage to the product, which should capture the full size separate from the packaging, and pictures of the outside packaging. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for shipments marked as "Delivered" by carriers in cases of loss.
