We have a 7-day return policy for new items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Vintage/used items and made-to-order/custom items are considered final sale and are therefore not eligible for return or refund.
Our items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and unfortunately, we are unable to hold an item without full payment.
Yes, in addition to our in-stock USM units, we can also facilitate custom orders for USM Haller Modular furniture. If you have a specific configuration in mind, please send us an email, and we'll be happy to assist you. All USM furniture we sell is 100% authentic. We also offer USM assembly and rebuild services.
Smaller sized items will be delivered via carrier, and the shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout. Orders totalling $250 or more are eligible for free shipping; however, oversized items and furniture are exempt from this offer.
We will not be responsible for any customs and duty charges incurred during shipping.
Local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) starts at $70. For an accurate delivery quote, please contact us directly.
Free pick-up is available at our North York studio. Items must be picked up within 7 days from the date of purchase.

We ship smaller items via carrier throughout Canada and the contiguous US. Local delivery for oversized items is available within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). However, we do not currently offer delivery for oversized items outside of the GTA.
